Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at CAO Cosmetics, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase. All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt; credit will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing all returns/exchanges. All returns/exchanges are at the discretion of CAO Cosmetics. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted with a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization). To initiate a return/exchange, send the following
information to customerrelations@caocosmeticsusa.com:


1. Full name and address
2. Order number
3. Reason for return

 

Late or Missing Refund
If you return your item and have not received your refund, please allow 5-7 business days from the date of your return merchandise for the refund to reflect on your banking or credit card statement. If it has been more than 5-7 business days please contact customerrelations@caocosmeticsusa.com for assistance.

 


Sale items
All sale/promotional items are final sale and nonrefundable.

 

Shipping
Shipping fees are non refundable. We do not provide return labels for returns/ exchanges.

 

Damage Items
When your order arrives, please inspect your package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If your package is damage or defective please retain the box, the packing material and product(s) inside and contact customerrelations@caocosmeticsusa.com to report the claim.
